Quillvo is run by Rajoka Limited. This page says what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 29 September 2026.

Your account

You sign in to Quillvo with Rajoka ID, Rajoka’s single sign-in. We store your Rajoka ID identifier, name, email address and profile picture, whether your Rajoka ID account is active, and which Rajoka product the sign-in was for (its app key). We use these to recognise you, to refuse accounts that are not active, and to show who is in a workspace. Our sign-in system (Supabase Auth, on our own servers) also keeps the identity details Rajoka ID sends when you sign in.

What Quillvo stores

Your workspace, the products you add, and who is in the workspace with which role. You can only invite people who already have a Quillvo account, and they join only if they accept. We keep a record of who invited whom and of each change to a workspace. For each product: its voice card and fact file, the sources you add and what Quillvo finds in them, your notes, and the weekly brief and its ideas. If you connect an AI assistant, we keep which assistant, which workspace and what it may do, and a record of each request it makes (the tool, when, and whether it worked) for 12 months.

Why we use it

To run your account and your workspace. We rely on our contract with you. We never sell your data.

Where it lives

On Rajoka’s own servers in the United Kingdom. Cloudflare carries traffic to the site and the app as our sub-processor. When something breaks, we record the technical details of the error on our own servers so we can fix it. The weekly brief is written by an AI model, reached through Rajoka’s own model gateway; it is sent only the product’s voice card and its recent signals, never your account details.

Visits to this site

We count visits to quillvo.com with Plausible, self-hosted on Rajoka infrastructure in the United Kingdom. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. The app does not run it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open. To see it, correct it or have it deleted, email support@rajoka.com and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
