These terms cover your use of Quillvo, provided by Rajoka Limited. By signing in you accept them. Last updated 29 September 2026.

The service

Quillvo is opening in stages. Today an account gets its own workspace, where you add products and people. We add to it as each stage ships, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. It is provided as it is, without payment.

Your account

You sign in with Rajoka ID and are responsible for what happens under your account. The first person to sign in owns their workspace and decides who else is in it.

Your content

What you put into Quillvo stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

Fair use

Do not use Quillvo to break the law, to add people without a proper reason, or to disrupt the service or anyone using it. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

We take reasonable care, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by content you publish. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending and changes

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data at support@rajoka.com. If we change these terms we will update this page and its date.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Rajoka Limited is registered in England & Wales, company number 12069067. Registered office: 64b Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, B9 5QE, United Kingdom.
